Infrastructure Superintendent (New York City)

Infrastructure Superintendent for Developer with $600M backlog. Position requires considerable experience managing the infrastructure of large foot print residential projects in the NYC market. Buildings typically are mid rise on multiple acres with heavy utilities, drainage, paved surfaces and landscaping. Position requires a thorough knowledge of NYC DOB codes as they pertain to infrastructure in projects mentioned. Degree in Civil Engineering a real plus and candidate my come from a heavy civil company as long as his/her background show experience as previously mentioned. Candidate must be a pusher and willing to get their boots dirty but also have the ability to generate accurate reports. These are large projects so having the ability to multi task and manage multiple trades is very important. Excellent base salary and all the perks associated with a candidate that meets all the requirements.
