Senior Designer Hospitality (Washington DC)

US-based global architectural and engineering firm is seeking a Senior Designer with demonstrated experience in international hospitality design. The successful candidate will have managed multiple hospitality design projects for major hospitality flags both domestically and internationally. Healthcare/senior living design experience also sought.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years experience in Hospitality market
BArch or BS in Architecture required; MS preferred
Responsibilities include planning and design leadership, mentoring and cultivating business opportunities
Innovative design and leadership, excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, written and visual communication skills
Professional US architectural registration required; LEED AP preferred.
