Senior Assistant Project Manager (New York City)

Sr Assistant Project Manager, 5 years of progressive NYC experience on new mid and high rise construction. Degree in construction related field necessary as well as skiled in reading complex construction blueprints. Skilled in construction related computer software very helpful and have the ability to assist in estimating change orders and monitoring schedule. Have experience in assisting with weekly owner/AE/Subcontractor meetings and sound knowledge of MEPs. Salary commencerate with industry knowledge and experience. Excellent benefits program and very real career ladder. MUST HAVE NYC EXPERIENCE, NO RELOCATION CANDIDATES.
