Manager Of Compliance / SEC Reporting (Washington DC)
   

Join a growing communications company in the Metro. DC.

Duties

  • SEC Compliance – Ensure compliance with state, federal foreign securities law
  • Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
  • Tax Compliance
  • Manage and supervise a team
  • FASB
  • GAAP
Requirements
  • Extensive experience dealing with regulatory agencies and government agencies
  • CPA is highly preferred
  • MUST be multi-task oriented and have strong will. POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
  • GAAP
  • 3+ years of SOX and SEC Reporting
  • Must be willing to be a team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
  • From a communications firm is a plus
  • Proven supervisory skills
