Infrastructure Superintendent (New York City)

10 years minimum of NYC infrastructure work (roadways, utilities, parks, DOT work). Our client has a need for a superintedent that can manage all exterior site work for a very large 9 building complex. Must have a very good knowledge of all NYC subcontractors and agencies that deal with work other than buildings. Must have the knowledge to know who to call when necessary to keep projects moving forward and meeting deadlines. Verticle work experience not necessary though helpful as client has considerable backlog. NYC Site Safety License also a ++ though not necessary for infrastructure work but will put you far ahead of a candidate without it. Salary is market + with very good benefits package. Need is immediate.
