Our client, a $500 million Los Angeles based General Contractor, is in need of a seasoned and experienced Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5-20 years experience as a Project Manager fully responsible for Commercial Construction projects in value of $10 million+. Our client has significant backlog of design-build and Education projects and the candidate must have significant experience in both of these markets. The contractor offers a very competitive base salary, long-term opportunity for growth and stability, and an excellent benefits package. Degree strongly preferred, though candidates with significant Deign-build and Education project experience will be considered.
