Construction Accounts Payable Coordinator (Washington DC)
   

Company Description:
$300M, privately owned, 20+ year DC Metro general contractor. An ENR Top firm, known for complex projects and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5 yrs accounting/accounts payable experience with similar size firm ($100m-$500m)
  • 3 yrs Mgmt experience, will supervise 2 others
  • Must have extensive Timberline experience
  • Must have experience with paperless invoicing
  • Familiar with subcontractor applications for payment and related documents
  • Must currently reside in Washington DC market
  • Strong interpersonal/human relations skills, proven ability to foster a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong planning/organizational skills
