Company: A leader in the industry for nearly 50 years. S.R. Clarke has been requested to search for an extraordinary Business Development Manager. Our client is a company that is experiencing a tremendous amount of growth in the Public and Private sectors of construction. They have the reputation as one of San Antonio’s premiere GC's with a proven approach to developing their business, and consistently ranks in Engineering News Records List of Top Contractors. The company division is young in the area by normal standards and has managed to solidify itself as a big player with a strong backlog.

Priorities of Position:

  • Has Local and Government Relationships in San Antonio and surrounding area
  • 10-15 Years Experience
  • Strong on Ethics and Integrity
  • Develop objectives and strategies in support of overall goals
  • Prepare and execute business development action plans for specific targets

Looking for someone with dynamic experience in Business Development in the Construction industry. Be able to show track record with proven abilities in driving sales and business growth by motivating personnel, implementing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
